Vancouver Canucks ...Get well soon Luo!

Since Vancouver Canuck Captain Roberto Luongo suffered a groin injury on November 22nd, back up, Curtis Sanford has been Vancouver's number one goalie. The Canucks have lost 3 out of the 4 games they have played since Luongo's injury. This includes today's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets (2-3). In today's game Sandford left after first period apparently from muscle spasms(reason not been confirmed) and Corey Schneider took his place where he let in 3 goals. Questions loom over the Vancouver Canucks: Can they win without their Captain? My opinion is this: No doubt Roberto Luongo is a vital team member, but definately not the only star on the team. I also think today's game was not lost due because of our goal tender, indicating that our goalies may not be main problem on the team.

So what do you guys think? Are the Canucks doomed till Luongo come back? Or can Sanford and Schneider rise to the occasion? Either way here at Deanna-Michelle, we would like to wish Roberto Luongo a fast recovery.
